The engaging local events organized by the hotel provided a good way to experience Salzburg's culture directly.
The lack of sufficient lighting in the room made it feel darker than expected, impacting the overall ambiance.

Stylish hotel, twin bed was exceptionally comfortable, location was marvellous to downtown sites along the river. Stayed here on weekend and appreciated the superior queen room we booked. Location: the property was not far from Close to the train station which is also a node for many buses, Near Railway Bus and sex shops;)))

Very good breakfast buffet with a large selection and fresh ingredients. Something for everyone. The cleanliness of the whole hotel is exemplary. Furthermore the hotel can score with its location. Close to the train station and all public transport.

The accessibility to public transport was excellent and the
Location facilitated easy trips to the city's main attractions. The Sound of Music theme in decor added a nice touch. The noise from the street could be bothersome, especially at night.

The staff were nice and tried hard to help
The room was very cold (no central heating). The portable heater they brought wasn't able to heat it up, and the aircon worked on/off. I guess it is also because instead of a standard double we were given a "suite", as the hotel was full when we arrived. The suite was disappointing at best: shabby, with dated painting, dysfunctional shower, etc.

Recommend it for travelers seeking unique experiences
The hotel has a self-serve water counter, a nice surprise after a long journey. Plus, they sell homemade syrups, like edelweiss, right at the reception, something unique I didn't expect.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but I guess you pay for the experience.

The hotel boasts a great location with convenient parking and modern interior décor. Enjoying the excellent breakfast selection, including whole wheat bread rolls, was a highlight. The experience was marred by an uncomfortable bed that affected sleep quality and a shower head that couldn't stay in place due to a loose connection. Excessive noise from the corridor, and the front desk staff seemed indifferent, offering no opportunity for feedback upon checkout.

The breakfast was very lovingly arranged and very tasty. The room was small but nice. Unfortunately we could only use the time for a short time, because we unintentionally landed in Salzburg due to the insolvency of our airline. We'll be back.

Liked the place, had a really really nice stay in Winter. The breakfast was savoury and tasty with apple juice, healthy options and eggs and bacon, and the restaurant's offer was good.

We loved exploring Salzburg right from the hotel, super close to the main train and bus station. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the homemade cakes and fresh juices, made our mornings good. My wife and I also enjoyed the Sound of Music-themed decor.
My wife says that the family rooms could be larger.
